Were you absent or unavailable when the carrier arrived to deliver your parcel, or did your parcel not fit in your post box ?
No problem, Colis Privé proposes that you reschedule your delivery if your e-commerce merchant has enabled that option for you. If not, you can collect your parcel at the parcel pickup point where it was delivered.
All information relevant to your delivery is available on the delivery notification that you have received by e-mail.
Please note : As of the date you receive this e-mail and/or delivery notification, you have 10 business days to reschedule your delivery or to collect your parcel at the pickup point.
What are your options?
Colis Privé offers you several options. You can :
Have your parcel delivered at home on the date of your choosing, from 8h – 19h
Have your parcel delivered to a third party
on the date of your choosing, from 8h – 19h
Please note, if you choose delivery to a third party, this person must live in proximity to the original delivery address
Have your parcel delivered at a partner pickup point
near you.
How to proceed?
To reschedule your delivery, it’s quick and simple:
Go to the homepage of our website and type in your parcel number as well as your postal code.
You will be redirected to the delivery history of your parcel. On the same page, click on “Choose a delivery date.”
You will be able to reschedule your delivery by choosing among the options proposed by Colis Privé. Then, click on “Next” and fill in the requested information.
